VGG End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) applies to the official VGG website, software, interfaces, applications, and related tools provided by VGG (“VGG Software”).

This EULA does not govern ownership of VGG tokens themselves. VGG tokens exist and are transferred through public blockchain infrastructure.

1. License

VGG grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use VGG Software for lawful personal or business purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the VGG Software, brand, source code, or other intellectual property.

2. VGG Tokens

Holding VGG tokens does not require a software license from VGG.

Users may hold and transfer VGG using compatible blockchain wallets and other blockchain applications independently of the official VGG Software.

Ownership of VGG tokens does not grant ownership, equity, intellectual property rights, or control over the VGG project or its software.

3. Permitted Use

Users may use VGG Software to access available VGG-related functions, including viewing token information, connecting compatible wallets, and interacting with supported blockchain functions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with applicable laws.

4. Restrictions

Users may not use VGG Software to:

  • interfere with or compromise its security or operation;
  • gain unauthorized access to systems or services;
  • distribute malicious software;
  • falsely represent an unofficial product as an official VGG product;
  • misuse VGG trademarks, logos, or branding; or
  • conduct activities prohibited by applicable law.

5. Wallets and Blockchain Transactions

VGG Software may allow users to connect compatible blockchain wallets.

Users remain responsible for their wallets, private keys, recovery phrases, transaction signatures, wallet addresses, and blockchain transactions.

VGG does not require users to provide their private keys or recovery phrases.

Transactions confirmed on a public blockchain are generally irreversible.

6. Third-Party Software

VGG Software may interact with third-party wallets, blockchain networks, exchanges, protocols, libraries, or other applications.

Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms and licenses.

VGG is not responsible for independent third-party software or services.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated or released under a separate open-source license, VGG Software, documentation, designs, trademarks, logos, and related materials remain the property of VGG or their respective licensors.

Open-source components are governed by their applicable open-source licenses.

8. Software Availability

VGG Software may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time for technical, security, operational, or other reasons.

Changes to VGG Software do not by themselves alter ownership of VGG tokens already held in users’ blockchain wallets.

9. Disclaimer

VGG Software is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

VGG does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every wallet or application, or the absence of technical errors or vulnerabilities.

Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming blockchain transactions before signing them.

10. Changes to This EULA

This EULA may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will be made available through the official VGG website.
